S'COOL SKY AND SATELLITE IMAGERY CONTEST

Cloud Photo of the Month

Florida's recent weather pattern has created several of these multi-level developments. The lower cumulonmbus producing rain and the explosive upward movement creating the high altitude umbrella spreading over the rest. This was shot in Central Florida looking West. These clouds would dissipate as they moved East, soaking the West coast only.

Photo submitted by Andy Sajor, Peru, NY.

RULES: We will select one photo each month to be featured on the S'COOL website. Teachers and students are invited to submit an interesting cloud photo with a detailed caption. Please only send one photo each month. Photographs without captions will not be considered.
