Will you be attending NSTA? So will we! To find out where we will be check out the visits page. Let us know if you will be presenting S'COOL at a state, regional, or national conference, and we will add you to the list. Special request: We are looking for someone to present S'COOL at the NSTA regional conference in Denver, CO. If you are planning to attend, and are willing to present S'COOL, please let us know as soon as possible.

  3. Lesson Plan Feature

Have you had a chance to introduce your students to any of the lessons on the S'COOL website? We have decided to feature a lesson each month to help you discover some of these great pertinent lessons. This month the featured lesson is Weather Jeopardy submitted by S'COOL workshop alumnus Karen Hooker from Williamsburg, VA. This lesson provides a fun way to engage your students in a review of weather terms.

  4. Accurate latitude and longitude

Do you have access to Google Earth™? If you go to the S'COOL and Google Earth page on the S'COOL website you can enter your login and password to see if we have the correct latitude and longitude for your location. If the coordinates we have for you are not correct, please select "Email the S'COOL Team" under the latitude and longitude values to send us your updated location numbers.

  5. Reporting Errors

Occasionally you may notice that an error was made when your observation was entered into the online report form. If this happens, please send us an email with the correct information, and we will make the change. We will need to know your school name, the date and time of the observation, and what needs to be corrected. The observation does not need to be re-entered.
